As a seller, it is important to know your rights as well as the different ways you can be represented by a real estate agent North Carolina.  During your first meeting with The Powell Team we will review the WORKING WITH REAL ESTATE AGENTS brochure with you.

Owners of NC residential real estate are required to provide purchasers with a completed RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AND OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION DISCLOSURE STATEMENT in connection with the sale of the dwelling.  A disclosure statement is not required for some transactions, for a complete list of exemptions see G.S. 47E-2.
